Our small theatre is struggling to stay afloat with recent increases in utilities and other running costs. And so we’re raising money in aid of the Newmarkets’ Kings Theatre building, home of Nomads Ltd and every donation will help.
Newmarket Operatic Musical And Dramatic Society Ltd is an amateur theatre company and charity raising funds for it's theatre and the local community by bringing the art of theatre to the people of Newmarket and the surrounding areas.

Feeling lucky? Why not join the NKT 100 Club!
Our lucky dip is open to anyone over the age of 18. Numbers cost £12 per year and you can have as many numbers are you like. The monthly draw awards 3 prizes of £30, £25 and £20. The 100 Club runs annually and payment made by March 31st each year.
The 100 Club makes an annual donation towards expensive equipment and building repairs. Please see the attached joining letter for more information!

UK tax-paying Members can apply for Gift Aid as part of their subscription. This helps us a lot! Subs paid for Nomads, Young Nomads and Kings Kids are all applicable, and the good news is you only need to complete the form once! We do the rest of the work, plus we get to claim back at least 3 years.

We are now registered with a company that recycles items for Charity.
We need used stamps and coins for our collection boxes which are set up in the foyer at the theatre. Whilst the theatre is closed to visitors, feel free to pop your items through the theatre’s letterbox. Please make sure they are in a sealed envelope. Once we have a substantial amount they are sent off and we receive funds back.
